Acapulco Clam Digger
- 1 1/2oz. Tequila
- 3oz. Tomato Juice
- 3oz. Clam Juice
- 3/4 tbsp. Horseradish
- 1 splash Lemon Juice
- Worcestershire Sauce (to taste)
- Tabasco Sauce (to taste)
- Mix over cracked ice in a highball glass.
- Garnish with a slice of lemon. Note: you can substitute Clamato juice (6oz.) for the tomato and clam juice.
This one looks like vomit and tastes like cocktail sauce. If neither of that is a problem for you, it’s pretty good. I personally don’t mind the cocktail sauce part. Tangy, spicy, tomato-ey, and no (!) taste of booze. This drink is sneaky with the booze like a black guy in the shadows.
